This map depicts Wellington's campaigns in India. It probably dates from the mid-1850s. A print from around 1854 that depicts Napoleon crossing the Red Sea during the Egyptian campaign. Another depiction of Napoleon sleeping on his chair during the battle of Austerlitz. A water-colored print of French and German fashions of the Empire period.

A great contemporary cartoon from the opening of the Congress of Vienna. This English print of Napoleon dates from c.1800 but depicts him from a slightly earlier period. Archduke Charles was Napoleon's most persistent enemy, arguably defeating him at Aspern-Essling. A hand-colored print from an 1867 book on the great caricaturist James Gillray.
