Reverse - Between two pillars a toga'd man stands on a mound, his hands resting on the heads of what appear to be rearing lions.

This appears to be a marriage medal commemorating the wedding of Ferdinand VII of Spain and Elisabeth of Portugal in 1816. This unfortunate lady was one of three wives that died without giving birth. He had a total of four.
