| Only by holding this jeton up to the light and angling it back and forth was I able to make out the identification I've given it. It is probably a sibling to this piece concerning Barclay d'Tolly and was possibly part of a set with Russian generals as its subject. Once again, this is evidence that I will collect anything from the period! |
