A tiny medal from c. 1836 and in the style of the engraver Montagny this piece is nevertheless unlisted in the standard references for the period. It may be a cheap contemporary copy that appears to have gotten the critical measurements of 139 and 141 feet completely wrong. Of course, they may have been measuring from different points...
 
If you add in the intrinsic loop it measures 18 mm. top to bottom. This particular example must have been worn or carried around considering the fair amount of wear. Hi-res photos are available by clicking on each picture as usual.
