A nice piece I picked up that dates roughly at the beginnings of the 1820s. Barre was active at this time and the bust matches other portraits of Louis XVIII I've seen from that time. It doesn't show up in either Bramsen or d'Essling that I've been able to find. It's original in the sense that there are no edge marks to indicate that it was struck later than my guess.
