Reverse - A woman stands holding what appears to be a balance. She rests her hand on a temple or an altar. There is the hint of flames at the base of the object.

An interesting jeton of apparently the First Restoration period.
 
Bramsen has a reference that appears to have the same reverse. The obverse of Bramsen 1541 is of Alexander I of Russia and the reverse is described as:
Rev: FÜR DIE GERECHT SACHE. La Justice debout dépose une couronne sur une pyramide.
