Reverse - A plinth with a balance, sword and branch. This is topped by a circle embossed with C7 (Christian VII, father of Frederik VI)

It is a guess that this is a marriage jeton. However since the dates match both for Frederik VI's birth and marriage and no subsequent dates occur I'm pretty confident. If anyone can give me a translation of the obverse legend I'd appreciate it.
The initials on the reverse appear to be I.E.B. This means the piece was probably engraved by Johann Ephraim Bauert, a Swede in the service of the Danish mint. If this is one of his pieces it was engraved near the end of his career.
