I could not find this piece listed in BHM. The obverse is similar to 4 others made at the time of his coronation but all of them were larger than this one. The reverse is similar to other death medals but not those of George IV. Also, the date of George's birth clearly says 1782 when he was actually born 20 years earlier in 1762.
