| A worn example of a calendar medal carried, one presumes, in one's pocket. This one probably didn't sell in 1802 and was re-punched 18 16 on the obverse and sold when the dates came back around. Probably gilded copper where the gilt has worn away from the high points, ironically probably making it much easier to use. |
