On an altar are royal devices being crowned by a victor's
wreath. The wreath is born by an helmeted, draped woman, right.

I'm not certain of the exact purpose of this medal. I suspect it must
have been commemorating the coronation of the Austrian emperor. The exergue
on the reverse is very difficult to read in places.
