The conjoined heads of Francis I, laureated and Ferdinand,
his son, right.
Legend,
FRANC . I . ET PER EVM FERD . V .
Reverse -
A crown is in the field. From behind it radiates lines,
possibly representing the sun.
Exergue:
CORON . POSON . DIE XXVIII . SEPT . MDCCCXXX .
Size, 20 mm.
I know nothing about this and the date is something
of a mystery so any help would be appreciated. I can't find any reason that
September 28, 1830 was commemorated. Ferdinand did succeed his father
but not until 1835.
